We have a 14-Day Return Policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (e.g. coffee), sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If you are eligible for a return, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You shall bear the cost of returning the goods. We advise you to use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
We’ll refund the cost of the goods when we receive them back in their original resalable condition. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your goods and we’ll send instructions on how to returns the damaged goods.
